Hi all, I want to know how to do sadhana/dhyan/meditation. I attended the prati prasav shivir this month in Kolkata. But I'm not sure how to meditate since no guru mantra was given during the shivir. I love to do dhyan but don't know what is the right technique. How to do it exactly .. can anyone of you sadhaks please specify the steps or send any link explaining the same. I'm very grateful.
